Reporting to the Assistant Director (Scotland and devolved nations), the Programme Adviser (Scotland) will provide support to the Assistant Director to ensure the successful delivery of the Operations Plan, utilising resources effectively and efficiently whilst actively promoting the values and culture of the organisation. The post holder will design, develop and lead on the implementation of designated equality projects and have responsibility for specific policy and stakeholder engagement activity.
