We are looking for Membership and Accreditation Coordinator to work within the Membership and Accreditation Directorate. This role will provide support to the Charters team working across Advance HE’s Athena SWAN and Race Equality Charters to deliver high quality client-focused outcomes. The Athena SWAN Charter is a framework which is used across the globe to support and transform gender equality within higher education and research. The Race Equality Charter is one of the services provided by Advance HE that is improving the representation, progression and success of minority ethnic staff and students within higher education. Advance HE delivers a portfolio of high profile student surveys to the Higher Education sector. These surveys are conducted for and on behalf of member institutions across the sector to provide confidential insight and benchmarked performance to drive the enhancement of the student experience. The results are also analysed at sector level to provide insight and commentary to help impact the national policy agenda.

Reporting to the Head of Business Intelligence and Surveys, the Research and Insights Executive will contribute to all aspects of survey portfolio delivery including design, client handling, analysis, data processing, co-ordination and reporting and will work with the other members of the Surveys team to design surveys, facilitate a support network to institutions, provide technical guidance internally and externally, as well as reporting findings and presenting results as required.
