Delivery approach

Our approach is based on the Theory of Change model and includes the following elements:

Phase 1 – Diagnostic phase (online)

We engage with you and the key stakeholders to understand your unique challenges, goals and aspirations in one tightly defined problem area.

Phase 2 – Immersive lab experience (in person)

A highly structured, intensive, in-person one-day process where our facilitators first break down the elements of the problem and then work with leaders to develop the core elements of a solution.

Phase 3 – Strategy and Action Plan Development

Within days of the lab, a short confidential options paper is presented to you that reflects the day and the critical decision points.
