How to submit
Submissions should be submitted via the My Advance HE Equality Charters Portal found on the My Advance HE platform. Please note that paper submissions are no longer accepted.
Only those with a My Advance HE account can access the portal (you can sign in or create a new account here). We would encourage all submitting units to ensure that the individual responsible for submitting the application has a My Advance HE account prior to the submission deadline.
Should you have any issues with the using the Portal please email your submission to racecharter@advance-he.ac.uk.
Submission instructions:
- Log into your My Advance HE Account here
- Select ‘Equality Charters’ from the menu
- Select ‘New Race Equality Charter Application'
- Complete the online submission form
- Upload your application (single PDF upload) and press submit.
