In the seventh annual Advance HE Employability Case Study Compendium, the case studies seek to answer whether the 3 Es of Employability, Enterprise and Entrepreneurship can be easily embedded in higher education curricula.
Together, these contributions challenge us to think differently about what success looks like. Employability is no longer just about graduate destinations, but about graduate readiness: the confidence, adaptability and curiosity to navigate complex, hybrid careers. Enterprise education is not just about business skills, but about creativity, connection and courage. And entrepreneurship is not only about ventures, but about values such as sustainability, equity and purpose.
We hope this compendium will inspire further reflection and conversation across the sector. It celebrates innovation, but it also invites dialogue about how educators can continue to evolve our practice to meet the needs of learners and the wider world.
