Academic Promotion and Progression Programme: Case Study

Kingston University’s overarching Led by Learning strategy informed and guided the Academic Progression and Promotion (APP) change programme. This was a large-scale university-wide change programme which involved modernising the entire academic role framework and promotional routes.
