Are humble leaders better leaders?

This project was originally inspired by evidence in the psychology and leadership literature suggesting that exceptional organisations are often led by leaders who are not only persistent and hard-working, but also humble. Those who report to leaders who score highly in perceived humility have been found to enjoy higher work engagement, satisfaction, learning and personal contribution in the workplace.
