Ask answer assess

The aim of the ‘Ask Answer Assess’ project was to explore and examine the benefits of students sharing evaluating and providing feedback on solutions to written assignments with their peers using a form of adaptive comparative judgement (ACJ). The use of ACJ was investigated in two disciplinary contexts at the University of Edinburgh: a first year undergraduate Physics course and a Veterinary Medicine course in the final year of the pre-clinical degree.
