Aspiring Academics: Supporting humanities postgraduate students and early career academics through changing times

A presentation from the HEA Annual Conference 2011.

This presentation covered the 'Aspiring Academics' scheme. This scheme has evolved from a local initiative to a UK-wide programme involving subject associations and other stakeholders and is one of the Subject Centre for Philosophical & Religious Studies' most successful initiatives attracting consistently positive feedback.  The session reflected on 'lessons learned' and how to prepare early career academics for future changes.
