Assessing International Students

This presentation was delivered at the The World in Your Classroom – A Day for Teachers of International Students event which took place in Edinburgh on 11th June 2010.

This presentation examines a range of topics related to strategies for assessment and feedback for international students. The topics covered include differences in expectation between teachers and international students the tasks both parties must complete to facilitate and enable students adjusting to UK higher education and teacher’s concerns regarding assessment and feedback of the work of international students.
