Marking criteria as signposts for the journey to being a graduate

Focusing on graduate attributes, London South Bank University is implementing standard marking criteria across its broad range of disciplines, for virtually all assignment types and is using just one set for levels 4-6.  Why? We wanted to develop shared understandings and dialogue between staff and students about good work and to provide valuable feed-forward to students about how to develop work in the future.
