Bringing together the pieces of the jigsaw: the experience of developing and implementing an institutional CPD framework

In December 2009 the University of Lincoln achieved HEA accreditation for its professional standards framework for teaching and supporting learning. During 2010 the scheme was piloted across the institution. This presentation will chart the process of the project from its initiation to implementation and the opportunities and challenges it presented.
