The Characteristics, Roles and Selection of Vice-Chancellors - Final Report

The objectives of this final report were to analyse the changing patterns in those characteristics of vice-chancellors (VCs) which are a matter of public record, provide a more detailed examination of the characteristics and roles of VCs, examine changes over time in the required and desired characteristics of VCs and explore the methods used to recruit VCs.
