What the project is?
The project at City University London is focused on embedding the five hubs of activity from our Education and Student Strategy into the programmes we run so the strategy is clearly visible and staff and students engage with this.
What the project hopes to achieve?
The five hubs of the Education and Student Strategy are Research and practice, informed education, Support for success Career development and employability, City communities and in the heart of the global city. It is hoped that through this project all programme teams becomes familiar with these and identify areas of their programme that link directly to these specific hubs so that staff actively engage with the strategy. The five hubs will become part of the programme development and evaluation process and this provides an opportunity to also create new activities in programme linked to the hubs. In order to create new activities students will be involved thus making the whole strategy something staff and students know about.
