Creating a Rich Picture

This presentation was delivered at the residential meeting of the HEA Students as Partners Change Programme on 27th and 28th September 2012. The presentation details how to create Rich Picture a method of expressing a change initiative in a creative way during the planning process. Creating a Rich Picture enables a project team to identify their views on the project reflect on the project even as it is ongoing surface the range of perspectives on the project and forge a common understanding of it.
