A guide to collecting and using equality data
Equality data includes information about a member of staff’s gender,
ethnic origin, disability status, sexual orientation, religion or age.
This guide provides practical advice for higher education institutions on encouraging and enabling staff to disclose equality-related data, with information on using the data to promote equality and diversity within their institution.
Created as part of the Staff disclosure project, the guide also features case studies from institutions involved in piloting interventions to increase staff disclosure of equality information.
