Disability equality in higher education: a synthesis of research

This is an EvidenceNet research synthesis of disability equality in higher education commissioned by the Higher Education Academy and Action on Access.

It provides a synthesis of the findings and implications of recent research relating to disability equality in United Kingdom (UK) higher education. It looks particularly at what is known about (i) how institutions are responding to disability issues and (ii) how disabled students are experiencing higher education.
