The Employability of History Students

A research report exploring the transferable skills and employment opportunities of History graduates.

This project was made possible by a National Teaching Fellowship Scheme award. It is intended to complement a second report by David Nicholls The Employability of History Students also published by the Subject Centre for History Classics and Archaeology. While that report concentrates on the employment of history graduates (the jobs that they enter) this one is concerned with the employability prospects of students (their preparedness skills and capacity for employment).
