Enhancement Academy: facilitating institutional change

This presentation aims to describe an initiative to develop and implement a change model. This model is based upon a departmental support model to facilitate adoption of two technologies new to the university as part of the Higher Education Academy Enhancement Academy initiative. In addition initial evaluation findings are provided.
