Evidence-informed quality improvement programme (EQUIP) 2013-14

Evidence-informed quality improvement programme (EQUIP) is a change programme that aims to help HE providers take an evidence-informed approach to quality enhancement at departmental faculty or institutional level.

It enables participating institutional teams to identify understand and resolve key issues affecting the quality and effectiveness of the student learning experience.

Through the unique EQUIP process teams examine the evidence available on the learning experiences of their students including data generated by the institution such as:

  • external examiner reports
  • National Student Survey (NSS) results
  • Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) institutional audit data

The EQUIP programme ran from September 2013 until September 2014  project details from participating institutions can be found below.
