Flexible pedagogies: employer engagement and work-based learning

This publication focuses on national and international policy initiatives to develop a better understanding of work-based learners and the types of flexibility that may well enhance their study especially pedagogically.  As part of our five-strand research project “Flexible Pedagogies: preparing for the future” it:

  • highlights the challenges and opportunities faced by work-based learners evaluating current activity and the outlook for the sector
  • contains valuable recommendations and information on why and how institutions might work towards the implementation of these pedagogies for flexible delivery

The report also features an annexed toolkit for assessing flexible pedagogies for employer engagement.
