HEA research impact evaluation

This project aimed to assess the impact of the HEA’s Research activities since 2013. The impact assessment specifically examines the impact of the HEA’s research and research publications HEA webinar series and the Mike Baker Doctoral programme.

The main research activity of the Higher Education Academy (HEA) is to commission steer publish and publicise research into our key thematic priorities of teaching and learning in HE. In 2016 the research team completed an audit of all HEA research publications since 2013 (n = 125) as well as 17 seminal publications from before this date. This report presents the findings of that review alongside details of participation in the free lunchtime research webinars which ran from October 2015 and the 22 Mike Baker Doctoral projects.
