The impact of teaching development programmes: literature review

This timely assessment comes as scholarly interest in improving teaching quality grows with a widening research base providing the focus of any review.

This report is a state-of-the-art evidence-based assessment of the impact of HE-based teaching development programmes and initiatives. It also looks at the strengths (and weaknesses) of the research base from which the evidence is drawn and reflects on the lessons for developing evidence-based future policy developments.
