This paper considers aspects of embedding sustainable development within the curriculum. The primary focus in this paper is the relevance of sustainable development to professional development and employability. We will compare approaches to embedding sustainability skills in both a pair of Career Management Skills modules - provided by the local Careers Service for undergraduate and postgraduate students across the institution – to the approaches used in a Computer Science module taught to undergraduates.
