Independent learning

Many students have trouble making the transition to the more independent learning required at university compared with their previous study. This transition may be especially difficult for international students who may be used to more support and direction.  It will be useful for all students to know precisely how they are responsible for their learning and the need to play a more active role in their own learning.  In this section a number of courses of action are suggested.
