Journey mapping: creating a joint vision for change

This presentation was delivered at the residential meeting for the HEA’s Internationalisation change programme on 18-19 September 2012. The presentation aimed for participating institutions identify and express creatively their view of their initiative during the planning process to reflect on their initiative to identify different views of their initiative develop a common understanding of the aim of their initiative and to overview their initiative to others.
