Learning to teach: Exploring the distinctive contribution of higher education to teacher education

This report synthesises key points identified at an HEA summit on university-based teacher education. The commentary discusses three key areas: research and scholarly engagement professional reflection and preparation for inclusion and diversity. It also introduces three case studies that illustrate some of the work currently underway at higher education institutions in the UK.
