NET 2018 Conference: Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) in an undergraduate Nursing curriculum benefits challenges and solutions: A mixed-methods study

This presentation will begin by highlighting the key drivers behind the use of Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) in an undergraduate nursing curriculum. It will then present the results of a mixed-methods study examining students’ experiences beliefs and attitudes to TEL. The results of a large survey and subsequent individual interviews will be used to demonstrate key benefits and potential pitfalls associated with the use of technology in the classroom. It will conclude by looking at the future of health education and its associated pedagogy.
