Programme directors and professional development: understanding the success of a centrally facilitated Programme Directors Network and an informal disciplinary specific PD community

This project is part of the 2020 Good Practice Grants, which helped Advance HE members to develop and share innovative practice.

The project team at the University of Hull conducted brief and informal consultations to discuss findings of programme director networks evaluation. In addition to this evaluation and consolation, the resultant model is supported by a survey and webinars.
