This Higher Education Academy (HEA)-funded project was designed to support promote and facilitate the development of a global academic community at Bournemouth University (BU) by sharing and valuing the diverse knowledge and experience of their international academic staff in the shaping of a Global BU. It seeked to evaluate how greater diversity might lead to more culturally inclusive curriculum design development and delivery.
