This is a presentation delivered by Professor Graham Gibbs and Yassein El-Hakim during the Higher Education Surveys for Enhancement conference 2011. The presentation introduced participants to the AEQ (Assessment Experience Questionnaire) demonstrated with case study data how it is being used in conjunction with a quantitative audit of assessment practices and explained the way the data is discussed in entire course teams giving examples of wide changes introduced across all modules on a programme.
