Working with course teams to change assessment and student learning: the TESTA approach to change

A paper and presentation from the HEA Annual Conference 2012.

The TESTA methodology for improving students’ experience of assessment at programme level has been taken up by more than a dozen institutions. This paper explains the rationale and components of the approach provides case study examples of its implementation and crucially highlights key features of the change process involved.
