Advance HE Member Networks bring together higher education professionals from across the globe to share knowledge, exchange best practice, and collaborate on key sector priorities.
These networks provide a space for leaders and practitioners to connect around themes such as leadership, governance, and equality, diversity and inclusion, supporting collective learning and sector-wide improvement.
Our networks include:
DVC/PVC Educational Excellence Network
The Advance HE DVC/PVC Educational Excellence Network is a highly valued and influential community of DVCs, PVCs and equivalent senior leaders with the brief for learning and teaching, education, or the student experience at member institutions. It is a unique forum to share successful strategies for enhancing HE teaching and learning. The invitation only network for Pro Vice-Chancellors, Vice-Principals and Deputy Vice-Chancellors.
SSRI Equalities Network
Our Small, Specialist and Research Institute (SSRI) Equalities Network supports our members in overcoming current and future challenges. This network has been created to support those working in EDI in institutions that are not universities. These include Research Institutes (RI), Small and Specialists Institutions (SSI) and College-Based HE providers (CBHE) who are members of Advance HE.
Staff with responsibility for equality and inclusion work in RIs, SSIs and CBHEs face similar challenges and this space allows us to create an opportunity to form a larger, mutually supportive network to share practice, collaborate, and develop as a collective group.
Irish Higher Education Governance Forum
This Forum offers a space to exchange insights and learn from peers on how institutions are adapting their governance in response to recent regulatory changes and sector-wide challenges. This event is by invitation only, if you have not received an invitation but are interested in attending, please contact [email protected].
