Introducing My Advance HE – our new customer portal

My Advance HE has replaced our legacy portals My LF and My Academy.

My Advance HE

At Advance HE we are continually developing our digital capability to help support our members. On 3 September 2021 we launched My Advance HE -  our new customer portal. My Advance HE has replaced the portals from our legacy agencies (My LF and My Academy).

Signing up for My Advance HE

My Advance HE offers the same functionality as the old portals with just one place to login. You can manage your profile, make Fellowship applications and book programmes and events for yourself and on behalf of others.

If you are a previous My LF or My Academy portal user, we have automatically migrated your account to My Advance HE and you will be able to activate your My Advance HE account on your first visit by going through the Sign up process. You can choose to use the same email address that was associated with your previous My LF or My Academy account. If you have moved institution or choose to sign up with a new email address please contact us so that we can ensure any information associated with your previous account, such as Fellowship certificates, can be migrated accordingly.

New users of My Advance HE should also follow the Sign up process to create an account profile.

If you encounter any problems when signing in or using My Advance HE you can use our customer support form to contact us or if you are signed in to My Advance HE you can submit the Customer Support form by clicking on the “Need Help?” button which is available from every screen or by clicking on Support in the top navigation bar.

If you work for more than one institution you can add or edit multiple employer relationships from within your My Profile page however you will be required to choose which one you wish to use each time you sign in.
