Everyday Ways of Working - Episode two

16 May 2022 | Barbara Bassa Forming part of our Connect Benefit Series on Organisational Wellbeing, the second of three in the series 'Everyday Ways of Working' continues to consider practical ways in which we can create more wellbeing at work on a personal and organisational level.

Organisational Wellbeing is a project for the Connect Benefit Series 2021-22, exploring the link between healthy and prosperous universities and the wellbeing of staff and students.

This series of recordings considers practical ways in which we can create more wellbeing at work at a personal and organisational level. The recordings explore how we can change our organisations by changing ourselves.

In the second recording Advance HE's Senior Adviser Barbara Bassa talks about how we can increase creativity and innovation at work in a way which takes into consideration wider ecologies: the impact on our holistic wellbeing (physical, mental, emotional and our consciousness), impact on others and on our environment.
