At UTEL, we believe in the power of collaboration and continuous improvement to elevate teaching practices and enrich the learning experience for our students. Through our fellowship programs, we've cultivated a vibrant community of educators committed to innovation and excellence in teaching. 

Fostering collaborative excellence 

At the University of Bahrain, we've embarked on an exhilarating journey of fellowship, where collaboration is the cornerstone of our success. With a total of 322 fellows, including 32 Associate Fellows, 276 Fellows, 13 Senior Fellows and one Principal Fellow, our fellowship initiatives bring together educators from diverse backgrounds and disciplines to engage in meaningful dialogue and exchange of ideas.  

Through workshops, seminars and collaborative projects, we cultivate a vibrant community of educators dedicated to innovation, inclusivity, integrity and pedagogical excellence.

Empowering educators for impact 

Our fellowship programs are designed to empower educators with the knowledge, skills and resources needed to make a lasting impact in the classroom.  

From pedagogical training to the integration of technology in teaching, we provide tailored support to help educators thrive in today's dynamic educational landscape. Through mentorship and professional development opportunities, we foster a culture of continuous learning and growth among our teaching community, emphasising inclusivity and integrity in all aspects of teaching and learning.

The learning outcomes (both PILOs and CILOs) emphasize reflection and criticality and by-and-large these are achieved."
