Race equity e-learning at the University of Surrey

07 Sep 2021 | Advance HE Osama Khan, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Education and Professor in Practice at the University of Surrey discusses the co-creation of bespoke e-learning modules on race equity.

Our new Introduction to Race Equity e-Learning Course is based on the programme designed for the University of Surrey and provides a simple solution to ensure all staff and students in higher education have access to a quality introduction to race equality, as part of a wider institutional race equality strategy.

We collaborated with the University of Surrey to co-create two challenging e-learning modules on race equity. In this video Osama Khan, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Education and Professor in Practice at the University of Surrey, discusses the co-creation of the e-learning modules, sharing the importance for the University, what the collaborative process with Advance HE was like and the impact the programme has made.
