Barbara works for Advance HE as a Senior Leadership and Organisational Development Consultant, Programme Director, and Executive Coach.
She heads a number of national and bespoke leadership programmes for the Higher Education Sector, including Aurora UK, Senior Women’s Leadership Development, Transforming Leadership Programme, and Transformative Conversations Programme. She leads on Organisational Wellbeing programmes.
She transforms leadership through holistic and forward-thinking approaches that reshape organisational landscapes and cultures by boosting performance, communication and employee engagement, increasing organisational resilience and innovation while ensuring effective strategic decision-making. She works globally, demonstrating my flexibility and adaptability with my natural talent to operate across multiple sectors.

Barbara is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and an accredited Fierce Conversations and 360 feedback facilitator. She holds a master’s degree in Business from The University of Gdansk (Poland), an MSc in Organisational Development (Coaching and Mentoring) from Sheffield Business School, and postgraduate diplomas in Social Communication and Human Resource Management.
