Adelia (Dee) Rejante Nicholls

Dee has been a management development consultant and educator for over 40 years and has been domiciled in England since 1991. She is multilingual and has travelled extensively. Educated in the Philippines and Japan, Dee’s academic background is in Psychology and Counselling.

Dee teaches at the University of Warwick where she is currently module tutor for Management of Change.  She has designed and delivered experiential learning courses, workshops, development centres and simulation games for postgraduate students, small business entrepreneurs and senior executives in her areas of interest and expertise, which include performance management, organisational learning, managing change, creativity and innovation, critical thinking, leadership, facilitation, multi-cultural teamworking, intercultural communication, cross-cultural negotiation and conflict management and international business collaboration. Dee has also supervised project students in research done in these areas.

In industry, Dee has consulted independently with organisations in several countries across Europe, Australasia, the USA and Central America. She has directed economic research projects for publication in the New York-based Financial World magazine and the Japan Times.  She was one of the international team of authors of the Cultural Detective™ suite of programmes used for diversity and pre-expatriation training and continues to coach executives in global leadership
