I am by education, personality, and interest a healthy living enthusiast and an empathic caregiver keen to help people become fitter and healthier. I hold a BSc (Hons.) degree in Human Physiology from the University of Port-Harcourt, Nigeria. And an MSc. in Sports Science (Strength and conditioning) from Coventry University, England. I am currently a student at the university of central Lancashire, training to become an adult nurse.
