Thinking holistically and inclusively about protecting student success and outcomes during the cost of living crisis is a key current focus as Becky leads on the design of UEA's emerging strategic framework for addressing student cost of living pressures and cross-institutional action plan.
In her career prior to joining higher education and for over a decade at UEA, Becky worked in roles focused on gathering and interpreting robust student insight and is committed an evidence-lead and evaluative approach. She also worked for five years leading UEA’s Access and Participation Plan strategy and action planning and remains committed to inclusive practice and specific consideration of students underrepresented or disadvantaged in higher education.
