Dr Joan O'Mahony

Joan is currently Director of Academic Development at Bloomsbury Institute. Previously she was Senior Advisor at Advance HE where she worked with HEIs across the UK providing strategic advice to improve the student experience, and before that at Higher Education Academy where she led the HEA's work on student retention.
