Helen Davidson is Deputy Secretary and Registrar and Head of Corporate Services at the University of Hertfordshire. She has over twenty years of HE experience and has responsibility for leading departments related to governance, legal and compliance, internal audit, health and safety, research, planning and policy and academic quality and standards.

During her career, Helen led the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion team at the University of Hertfordshire for three years.  She is co-chair of the University’s EDI Committee and Chairs the BAME Staff Success Group.  Helen played a key role in the University’s Athena Swan and Race Equality Charter Mark submissions, for which the University of Hertfordshire holds Bronze awards.  Helen is also a Senior Champion for the Carers Network at the University.
