Professor Dorota Sylwia Majewicz, Ph.D.

Currently serving as Deputy Chairman of the Social Sciences Department at the Sopot Scientific Society (SSA) and Special Advisor at the United Students of Silk-Road Universities Network (USSUN), Prof. Majewicz is also a journal editor, Scopus peer reviewer, and an organizer of international conferences for young researchers. Prof. Majewicz is a linguist, cross-border mediator, and global cultural transformation leader. She has held positions as Rector of the Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management in Gdańsk in Poland and Dean of Students at the Samarkand International University of Technology in Uzbekistan. 

Prof. Majewicz is currently serving as Deputy Chairman of the Social Sciences Department at the Sopot Scientific Society (SSA) and Special Advisor at the United Students of Silk-Road Universities Network (USSUN). She is also a journal editor, Scopus peer reviewer, and an organizer of international conferences for young researchers. Additionally, she provides expert reviews for undergraduate and graduate programmes at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University in Kazakhstan.

Her influence spans various countries, serving as a visiting professor at universities in Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan, as well as undertaking roles in reviewing PhD theses and supervising more than 100 BA and MA diplomas across Poland, Scotland, and Uzbekistan.
