Equality in Higher Education: insights from the 2020-21 staff and student records

To launch Advance HE's annual statistical reports, this session presents an overview of the protected characteristics of staff and students in UK higher education. Key highlights, trends, and new data from the 2020-21 academic year will be discussed with a specific focus on how these can be translated into institutional aims and areas for additional research.
