Overview

This two-part workshop will introduce the latest sector learning, tools, and insights to support participants as they design new and improve existing curricula and teaching pedagogies. ‘Spotlight’ challenges will explore issues such as: decolonising; mental wellbeing of students; and working within accrediting or professional frameworks. Participants will also have the opportunity to critically apply their learning to a ‘live’ curriculum or materials.

Who should attend?

This workshop is ideal for programme or module leaders, academic developers, QA teams, student reps/officers or curriculum partners. Colleagues with related responsibility for inclusive teaching and learning and/or curriculum review such as DVCs for Education/EDI, EDI leads/managers, or student experience managers are also welcome.

As Senior Adviser for Student Success, she works across a range of areas including access, retention, attainment and progression with a focus on wellbeing and inclusion.
