Leadership Matters is a programme for all those who identify as a woman, in early to middle positions, and focuses on providing a grounding for women leaders in the financial and legal context of higher education and the skills and tools to increase personal influence and confidence and support career advancement.
This 5 day programme addresses both technical and personal leadership aims, drawing on feedback on what senior women most want from a leadership programme, to help achieve their aspirations to lead at the highest level.
This highly interactive programme is for women and those identifying as women who are seeking to extend their political and leadership skills by exploring the contemporary contexts and challenges of being a senior leader. Allowing you to hit the ground running it includes:
++ Case studies;
++ Action learning sets;
++ Individual and small group work; and
++ Access to inspiring speakers at each session.
The delivery is split into 2 x 2-day modules, both of which are residential, so as to maximise the opportunity to network with industry peers, and explore learning with the expert facilitator team members.
An Action Learning Set day takes place between the 2 modules, hosted by participant institutions, which will provide participants with more opportunity for small-group working and to explore a real workplace challenge and to further apply their learning.
