How are they delivered?

Our tailored programmes are delivered in-house by expert facilitators. They combine the tried and tested components of our programmes which have been refined, in some cases over years, with new designed elements which meet your needs exactly. 

We ensure the best mode of delivery for your programme, using our expertise in developing high quality teaching and learning provision, by combining designs and approaches including:

Senior Leaders Succession Programme

The key purpose of the Senior Leaders Succession Programme is to develop senior leadership capacity (eg pro-vice-chancellor, head of school) within the university to ensure it has individuals who are skilled and prepared to take on these senior roles in the future. It is an individualised programme enabling participants to develop in those areas that are both critical to them and identified as essential leadership qualities by the university.

Two universities, with our support, worked together to develop a leadership development programme for recently appointed academic leaders.

Leadership Development of Research Team Leaders

Research staff from the university were among the first to attend a two-day training programme Research Team Leadership (RTL) and recommended it highly.

Leading from the front

The university had in place a successful Principal Lecturer Development Programme that had been delivered entirely in-house and was well received, although in some cases less than well attended due to the demands on staff time. When training was brought into a new department, Leadership and Development (LEAD), all programmes were reviewed and externally evaluated, the Leadership Foundation provision in particular.
