This case study details how the first year undergraduate Open University module T121 Career development and employability was used as a vehicle for an undergraduate employability initiative. The module was offered across the institution and aimed to enhance student's employability improve their ability to perform at work and help them to make realistic plans for their future personal academic and professional development.
