Advance HE fellowship demonstrates a commitment to professionalism and provides recognition of practice, impact and leadership in teaching and supporting learning.
We have developed specialist virtual programmes to support individuals as part of a cohort to achieve either Senior or Principal Fellowship, with courses running at suitable times for those on the UTC timezone and those in Asia-Pacific timezones.
The programmes will provide guidance, dedicated writing sessions, review of a draft PSF 2023 application with one-to-one feedback, before direct submission to Advance HE. These programmes, led by an experienced PSF 2023 Consultant, will support individuals to develop an application for either Senior or Principal Fellowship in a structured way over 12 weeks, as part of a cohort, and will be of particular interest to those institutions that currently don’t have accredited provision for these categories.

The Advance HE Principal Fellowship programme was very helpful during the draft stage of the PFHEA application process. It was inspiring to work alongside other senior leaders from across the sector. We had a good sense of community as we were all lifting each other up as we crafted and shared our case studies. Overall, my application is in a much stronger position than if I had approached this on my own!”Participant on the Principal Fellowship Support Programme UK and Ireland
