An HEA Psychology Network miniproject.
The University of Derby is unique in offering an undergraduate psychology programme which is delivered entirely online. The experience of studying online offers a variety of both opportunities and challenges to the students and tutor alike in terms of the teaching and learning of the programme and the wider student experience.
This project aims to evaluate the student experience of online study across all aspects of the student experience by developing a questionnaire and focus group to explore the educational technical practical and social aspects of studying entirely via e-learning. It aims to identify good practive in e-tutoring and disseminate finding s from this project across the wider academic community.
